Default Is it a vacuum leak?

My wife's 2015 XC60 started accelerating on and off on its own. After the engine warms up and when you stop at a light, the engine slowly starts revving up and then suddenly it drops back to normal level and within a short period the process repeats. I suspected a vacuum leak and did a quick smoke test. I noticed smoke coming out from the oil trap (see video). Is it supposed to let smoke out like this or is it the leak I was looking for?
