How does it integrate with the XC60's system operations?

For example, if I want to turn off one of the car's system functions like "city safety" or day time running lamps, then how do this unit display those features?

Yea, I see that in their description, but please tell me how does it connect into the Volvo system? Explain what's involved with installation.

I'm looking at the units on this site, and the ISO connectors are not the same as factory. That would tell me the unit needs so sort of adaption. Please advise.

 

The Volvo car specific adapter was included. I didn't have to buy anything extra. It was all included. Here are the photos I took when I unboxed. I hope this will help you.

 

Looks like a lot of analog adaption. How does it integrate with the car's CAN bus system? Why wouldn't the system just use the car's GPS antenna? Or can it?

My car has no factory navigation so I don't know. According to the seller it fits if you have a small LCD screen at the dashboard.

 

If you have this 7" screen I recommend installing wireless carplay interface.
