Default Wiper issue

I have a 22 XC60 Inscription - the wiper blades are skipping badly across the windshield. They also leave streaks. It’s a brand new car and the weather has been nice, almost seems like old/used blades were attached. Anyone else having a similar issue?

Some times if Rain-x is used that can make the blades skip. I would simply try new wiper inserts on your new car.

Or if it's a brand new car ask your dealer for replacements - they will probably want to try to keep you happy

I had the same issue. 2022 XC60 Inscription wiper blades shuddering on the windshield like they were old. Couldn't be bothered going to Volvo so for about 15 dollars I purchased new rubber blade inserts and now they work much better, actually like I would have expected from a new car. Clearly seems like Volvo are using cheap wiper blades.

Thanks. Would you be able to share the brand/model of the replacement inserts?

Not sure if refills are sold on the aftermarket - but some dealers offer discounts 31490722
