Volvo XC60 2010 Can anybody tell me how can I remove the part around the Ignition Switch ? As you can see I wanted to change the switch but it appears that it is somehow connected with any wires behind the part so it doesn't come off. I even have a video pulling it around half an inch but still have no space to look what's behind. Thank You

 

Looks like you have to remove the audio player, and to do that you remove the center console and CCM to be able to cut the cable ties holding the wire shown in the first picture - that will allow enough wire to come out to be able to unplug the switch. Note also the last instruction and the "SW" on the parts page. I remember my techs having to do a software download to get some or all of those new ignition switches to work.
