I have a 2011 xc60 T6. The cruise control works fine on flat and up hills.
Downhill the vehicle gains speed 5 to 15 mph (probably would go faster but I apply the brakes) over the preset cruise control limit. Is this "normal"?

Dealer diagnostics shows no diagnostic codes.

All other vehicles I've owned the cruise control would hold the speed going down hill.

I have a 2015 XC60 and cruise control also does not hold the set speed when going down hill. The only car that I have owned that held set speed going downhill where my Mercedes (I have owned 10 of them and they all held set cruise speed going downhill).
