hello everyone

my question is regarding our 2001 v70xc. Car runs fine, no lights are on and rpms are normal until full stop is made and then they go up and car surges forward. Today I almost ran into cars in front of me. I searched forum and it narrows it down to vacuum leak or dirty throttle body. Wouldnt vacuum leak throw CEL? Anyway, I will inspect the hoses but how do I clean the TB on this car?
