04 XC70 W. Washer Pump Access
 

Windshield Washers quit putting out any water. Have checked washer tubing back to reservoir. OK. Suspect bad pump; however it is below reservoir. How does one access the washer pump for checking. I can't get to it from topside. Help Please.

The pump is on the outer most edge of the front of the reservoir just behind and down from the turn signal. You will have to remove the plastic splash shield under the bumper to get to it. Once the black plastic is removed you can reach up and push the pump out. You probably do not have to remove the reservoir since it slides up. It's a tight fit.
