Hi,
I recently purchased a 2008 XC70 with 82k miles. Love the car, drive really nice.
An issue appears that the dushboard dies as you drive, the radio dies, blinkers die, lots of warning lights come up. The car keeps driving but all this issues come up and then they disappear and come back again.
Anyone has this issue?? Or any ideas how to solve it??
Im in Staten Island NY, any Volvo mechanics to recommend??

Water intrusion into your CEM (central electric module) can cause all sorts of problems, The first step would be to scan the car with a compatible scan tool that can talk to all of the modules. Then if needed develop a reasonable diagnostic process from that information.
