I have a 1998 V70 wagon. 120,000 mi. When I apply the brakes I can feal a grabbing on the breake peddel, like it's pulsating. When I apply brakes at 40 mph I can feal vibration in the stearing wheel.

What do you think this could be? How do you fix it? Were can I buy parts? What is the cost of the job if I have it done by my mechanic?

Front rotors are warped they need to be replaced.
