problem with 2000 XC70

When making sharp turns at very low speed (like turning in and out of parking spaces), the car pushes like a tank.
What could be the problem, and will it impact the safety of the car?

Most likely it is just from the AWD system and it normal.

Any strange noises? Otherwise as tech says, it is normal when making very sharp turns
