Last month I bought this Volvo XC70 with 245k on it from my parents. Absolutley no issues.

So last week I had a steering sensor replaced because it went bad

Now, about 7 hours ago I had my tires changed at townfair tire.
The drive home was fine. No noises that I noticed.
I drove straight to work. When I was pulling out of work I was backing out of a parking place and turned my wheel to the left and heard sqeauling. Now everytime I make a turn it’s an awful squealing sound.
What could it be..? I’m a highschool student I can’t afford this crap..
