Unhappy Water Under Rear Passenger (Right Side) Seat

After a bad rain, I pulled up my rear right passenger seat to lower the back and noticed the underside portion was damp. When I pulled up the carpet under the seat, there was a pool of water. Of course it was all around the wires and housings that sit there. I dried it up and left the carpet open to air dry better. After another rain storm last night, the water was back. This is not in the foot well of the back but underneath the seat itself when you pull it up to drop down the back seat rest. I am wondering if it's a moonroof drain leak? Problem is, the moonroof doesn't work and I can't open it. Any help would be appreciated. Since I never use the moonroof anyway, I was thinking of using a silicone sealant to completely close it off since I have no idea how I would clean out the drains.

Edit: When I opened the rear right door, I did notice some water coming our from the bottom of it.

I'm surprized nobody has responded. Apparently the drains pass down the 'A' pillar, the drain channel has a tendency to come apart at the bottom of the 'A' pillar resulting in water entering the cabin and floor, this could possibly be happening in your case. Is the front footwell also damp?
