I have a 2004 XC90. I just had the fuel pump replaced based on the recall. 7 days after getting it back it died. I got a fuel pressure gauge and had no fuel pressure. I checked for power at the fuel pump and had battery power for about 1 second key on engine off. I turned the engine over and had battery power while it was cranking. My gas gauge shows I have over 1/4 of a tank. Does it sound like the fuel pump has gone bad? Any help is appreciated. The nearest Volvo dealer is 75 miles away and if it ends up not being a fuel pump that would be an expensive tow bill for me to pay.
