Default 2004 xc90 anti-skid

I have 2004 xc90 2.5l.
Anti-skid service and brake assist service are up on the message center. The
active code is BCM 0140. replaced the pedal pressure sensor on the brake booster but still have anti-skid and brake assist msg. It pops up when the brakes are applied and stays on. Any thoughts on this.
Thanks

You replaced the booster? The sensor is integrated with the booster if I remember correctly.

I did not replace the booster. went in to the dealer with the code and replaced the sensor on the left side of the booster. i have looked on alot of other threads about this but did not see much with the code bcm 0140. looks like there might be another sensor integrated with the booster on the right side. Guess that will be next.

You probably replaced the brake pedal position sensor, not the pressure sensor. That code is for the pressure sensor.

Yes i imagine u are right. I did have a discussion with the dealer about this sensor so that one will be going back and a new booster put on. Thanks for the information.
