First, It happened that the radio body started to heat up then later starting/stopping with a mind of its own.
Went to a friend mechanic to diagnose the problem and found none but some other systems (ECU) were not responding.
We looked at the amp, got it out took it to another friend and opened it to notice some burnt signs on the main board.
Finally I got one on ebay, and mount it back in the car. For a couple of minutes it worked. Then started to work randomly and for short time (radio would start when turned on ... or not)
The mechanic couldn't find in his software a way to reach the amp so he called their provider and the guys said they could connect remotely to investigate. If doable it would cost about 360 CAD if not only 120 CAD.
Should I take it to the dealer, does it need pairing?
