2004 XC90 T6 engine problem
Hi,
i have a 2004 Volvo XC90 T6 with 162,000 miles. A few days ago I started the engine and it made a horrible sound, like metal scratching on metal. The engine still cranks up and does run relatively smooth (no hard shaking or similar) but there is this noise. I suspect a broken piston ring or something wrong with the camshaft. I attached a video of the engine running. Anyone have an idea what this is and what could be done besides throwing a new engine in
