Default 2006 xc90 4.4 codes p0171 p0174

So I'm still trying to figure out my recent code issue. The CEL comes on and off intermittently. This started after the intake hose somehow came off the airbox and put the car into limp mode. I reattached the hose, reset the ecu, and degreased the engine bay. Everything was good for a couple of days. It still seems to start, run, and drive normal. Then the CEL came on (occasionally it goes out and then turns back on). I just got my new code scanner and checked it this afternoon. P0171 P0174 (right and left bank lean) (no other codes). I replaced the fuel filter and gas cap this afternoon. I also checked for vacuum leaks and didn't find any. I have a spare MAF sensor in my parts stock. I'll try that tomorrow if the cap and filter don't do the trick. Is there anything else I should check or try?

when you checked for vacuum leaks did you just do a visual or did you use a smoke machine? Any exhaust leak sounds going on?

Sprayed brake clean around all the vacuum lines with the engine running and around the intake. Idle stayed smooth without and blips in rpm. No exhaust leaks so I don't think it's gonna be the 02 sensors.

Same code keep coming up. So far I've replaced the fuel cap, fuel filter, maf sensor, cleaned the throttle body, and checked for vacuum leaks (none found). What's next...check PCV??? EVAP canisters?

Were you able to resolve the issue. I am fighting something similar. I just replaced the PCV as it had failed. I cleared the CEL and it’s back in with the same codes. What was your solution?
