2007 misfires at start up

Default 2007 misfires at start up

PLEASE HELP. I am dying here. 2007 XC90 3.2. misfires at start up cylinder 6.. OK I am thinking cam position sensor.. Just for laughs I switch the sensors..Misfire at cylinder 1 now.. OK Easy Peasy. I switch them back. Misfire stays at cylinder 1.. I replace both of them misfire at start up cylinder 1.. ONLY AT START UP. truck runs great..but throwing a code so I cannot get it inspected in NY.. any advice would be great...

Spark plugs are how old and what brand? Swap #1 and #6 coils to somewhere else and see what returns? Something individual cylinder related rather than cam or crank sensors. Easy peasy.

plugs are newish. 3000miles. ( Bosch). I switched coil packs. No changes. This was all done before I installed the new camshaft position sensors

Have you checked compression? Or not as easy swapping injectors.
