Hello everybody. I bought a car from USA, still waiting for the delivery.The car has ordinary reflector type hallogen headlamps. Is it possible to swap the lamps to ordinary xenon type (not bi-xenon / active) lamps?Would I need to install auto adjusters? Is it enough to reprogramm the on-board computer so it would recognise my lamps as xenon lamps? Do I need to use a relay to connect the lamps directly to the battery or old wiring is strong enough to drive my new xenon lights?

 

I have same Xenon question, but for my 2003 XC70 Turbo, as the factory built halogen headlights are not satisfactory.
