Hi,
I have just replaced the generator on my 2011 D5 XC90. Unfortunately the serpentine belt was damaged so I could not see how it was routed. I have bought a new belt which is 1825mm long but how ever I route the belt there is a lot of slack. The new belt seem to be the same length as the old.
Does any one have the routing diagram and knows the length of the belt? If the belt is correct what else could cause the slack as the tensioner and idlers seem to be sitting fine.
