2014 XC90: Strange Interior Noise

Newbie here...looking to see whether anyone else has experienced the same strange interior noises in their XC90.

They are "whooping" noises that I think is coming from the trunk area. It's intermittent and seemingly random.
I have tried (hopefully worked!) to attach an audio clip I took on my phone. This was taken whilst stationary at traffic lights, so you can hear the indicator click - the noises are at 4, 12, 16, 17, 20, 24 & 25 seconds. It doesn't sound loud on the audio clip, but is much louder and irritating for real.

The noise only started recently, and only after the gearbox was replaced (I bought the car new in July 2014, currently has 28,000km, and has had quite a few issues!!)

I live quite a way from the dealer that I trust, and am fairly sure that it won't repeat itself when I get there, so all thoughts are welcome.

2014 XC90: Strange Interior Noise

My 2014 XC90 just started making this noise. Were you able to locate the problem? I've had no previous issues with the car and it only has 20,000 miles.

Hi - it was a valve somewhere in the a/c system. took them a while, but eventually fixed.
i sold it a few years ago and don't have the invoices anymore, so can't give you the exact part # etc.
