Default 2017 XC90 navigation and in-car apps not working

My navigation stopped working for a few days. It's now showing wrong location and heading-direction on the map. Does any one know how to reset it?

Also, the in-car apps don't work either. The customer rep told me there was some server side issues a week ago. I am still experiencing the same thing. Anyone has the same issue?

Have you had it to the dealer recently?

I went to dealer a few month ago for the oil change. They are pretty slow. Hate to go for a few hours for this if there is an easy way to reset everything.

If its been that long, there are software updates that need to be done to the car. Should fix the navigation issue. If the apps are not working, the update migjt help but you can also try uninstalling them and reinstalling them.

If no software updates, it should keep working the same way, right? Also, for apps, I don't see them in the download center any more. It's painful to go to dealer for hours.

I don't know what to tell you. It needs updates, there is a bulletin about it. A lot of dealers have loaner cars available, especially if you purchased the car from them.

Not bulletin board. A tech bulletin, also known as technical journal. These are communications from Volvo to dealer personnel about common problems and associated repairs. I cannot post it and it would do you no good anyway.

Just got the 2017 XC90 Inscription. The Nav is garbage. It can't understand me my husband or several others who tried. I will say an address and it throws out options in another city EVERY TIME. Is this a glitch? Is there even a fix? I use proper diction so don't have a drawl or wierd accent. If I type it in that seems to work but sometimes I want to speak it. The last address was North Church Street....How hard is that to understand??? It asked me where I wanted to go on Winn street. Seriously?
