Hard to believe I realize, but for a 2013 XC90 3rd row headrest, my dealer today put one down then we couldn't get the 2nd one to fold down. He couldn't remember what he did w/ the 1st, to try on the 2nd. IS THERE A TRICK TO GETTING THE XC90 BACK ROW HEADRESTS TO FOLD? (for purpose of getting the seat all the way flat, we see how the seat cushion slides back, it's the headrest that doesn't want to fold....].
