Default Anti Skid service required question

1st time here. I have a 2008 xc90 with 191,000 miles. Runs great. Last night the Anti skid service required msg came on. In my limited research it can either be the Yaw Rate Sensor part # 31110063 located under the passenger seat OR the steering angle sensor in the steering wheel, part # 31264468.

How do I determine which needs replacement? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

You scan the car with a compatible scanner, From those codes (if any) Identify what component/s might be causing your message. Then develop a reasonable/rational/logical diagnostic procedure to determine what part (if any) is bad. Much cheaper and less frustrating than guess, replace, guess, replace, and repeat.

ABS control units fail also. Many companies repair those -

Thanks for the response. Just went out for a couple errands and now the error message is gone (for the meantime). My shop can run the codes tomorrow. I'm just being impatient and wondering how much this will set me back!
