Default Cheap 2004 xc90 with blown motor...worth it?

I saw a 2004 xc90 with a seized motor for sale today. They're asking 2100...I'm confidant I could get it for less...other than the engine it's in very good condition. The motor is 800-1300$. What are your thoughts? Has anyone replaced a motor before? I've done full motor swaps on mustangs and motorcycles with success so I'm confidant in swapping out an engine. Oh and it's a T6 with the 2.9tt awd

I wouldn't take that car for free unless I could part it out and make enough money to make it worth my time.

Motors don't just blow, especially a Volvo motor. I can only see the vehicle was neglected or driven like it was rented. If the person neglected the engine, how is the tranny, the diffs, the brakes or any other system on the car?

Like ES6T said, I would stay away from it.
