Cheap XC90 2.9 At Auction - Worth it?
I am looking at purchasing a XC90 2.9 that mechanically is sound EXCEPT the transmission is out. I can get it for under $1000.00. I expect transmission ranges from $300 (DIY) to $3,000 for full rebuild having someone else do it. Other than that, is there any baselining I should do?
Car has 178k miles on it and I just want 20 more...
Worth it?
