Is there any way to adjust the height, spacing or resistance of the gas pedal on a 2018 XC90 T5 Momentum? My wife is short and even with the seat pushed in close, she has trouble comfortably reaching the gas pedal.

I know some cars have this as an option, but I don’t see anything in the manual. I noticed the pedal comes up from the floor as opposed to hanging down like the break pedal (and most other cars).

Does the R-Design come with a “sportier” pedal that I could buy and maybe solve this issue? Anything aftermarket?

 

You would need to find someone to fabricate some sort of bracket that could attach where the pedal currently attaches and allows the pedal to bolt to the bracket in a closer position.
