Default Im sure the question has been asked

First off I am new here so if the question has already been asked let me apologize in advance. I have a 2004 xc90 t-6 transmission finally kicked the bucket at 120k not from a broken transmission but cross contamination, yep coolant got in the transmission no need to explain more since im sure im not the only one here who that has happen to. I have opted to rebuild the stock unit since I have a few friends in the general motor corp who have built them a few times. My local Volvo dealer will not fix it and quoted my 8k to fix the vehicle and also stated I should replace the cooler lines but my question first off would be why cant I flush them along with the transmission cooler, don't worry I will be replacing the radiator. I was also curious if anyone had a step by step maybe by alldata or Mitchell on how they want the radiator taken out. Thank you for any help you guys can give on this as I am very eager to get this back on the road!

Oh and since I remembered is thee Volvo coolant something special?
Also for the transfer case does anyone happen to know what fluid that takes as I am aware it is different then the dextron iii G?
