Had this vehicle for 8 months and a really bad disappointing experience thus far by Chinese owned Volvo. Has anyone used the LEMON LAW to replace this vehicle? if so please advise procedure. I will detail below some of the mutiple really unacceptable..

1. Just had a blown 5700 miles sorry 275/40R/21 Pirelli Scorpion Verde tire on I-95 express it was shredded to pieces on the rim nearly caused loss of life. We were stuck on the shoulder of i 95 north express lane contacted Volvo roadside assistance (terrible, unreliable service) using the right button underneath the rear view mirror they tried to help but useless told us to wait 90 minutes for a tow truck-yeah get lost not interested. Then tried the SOS button no help either. Finally a good samaritan stopped risking his life to change our tire into the cheap donut provided. Then replacing the tire at a cost of $515 i demand a full refund immediately.

2. WORST INFOTAINMENT system i have ever experienced shuts down at will & must reset consistently. Rear View Camera stopping at will, radio does not work, software updates could not be done remotely have to take into dealer.

3. A Honda Pilot outperforms Volvo anyday, everyday, realiable, affordable gas, tires & luxurious.
