Hi Im new to the forum and a little new to volvo. Ive owned a 94 850turbo and a 91? 740turbo. Loved them both. Im looking for a second vehicle because my ford excusion is really too big for my wife to be driving on a daily basis. With th diesel it gets about 15-17 in stage 1 on the programmer. So anyways been looking at the xc90. Ive heard a lot of good things about the t5 but it seems to be harder to find in my $3-10k price range. Ive heard mixed feelings about the t6 but mostly bad about the transmission. And the mixed but mostly bad about the v8 as well. Until today on this forum were ive seen a lot of good about the v8. My biggest concern is reliability and second is mpg. I do mostly city driving. Or rather my wife is the one doing all the city driving getting the kids off to school and such. Lol. I also want the awd because we go up to the snow and do a little 4wheeling from time to time. So please let me know what I should look for and what I should stay away from. Thanks
