Default New 04 xc90! Issues and what to do?

Just bought an 04 xc90 for 4,800 with 123k miles. Spotted a few things wrong. The front tires are wearing on the insides, there is some small exhaust leak up front, has a check engine code for a small evap leak and I'm guessing it needs a timing belt. Also the sun roof doesn't open. :/

For the strange tire wear, what should I look for? Had the same wear problem with my 98 v70. It was bad ball joints. I had to replace the lower control arms and get an alignment to fix it.

The exhaust leak I'll search for but maybe its the exhaust manifold gaskets? It sounds like a rough tractor when I gas it.

The small evap leak... The previous owner told me that it was possibly the gas cap seal and I thought he told me that he had replaced it. The light came on a few hours after I bought it :/

As for the sun roof, I have been researching a little bit and I came across this thread... https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/fo...ic.php?t=39026 It seems that the problem is possibly somethign to do with the security system or something to do with transport mode. I tried following some of the procedures listed yesterday on my lunch break but didn't have any success. I'll give it another shot this afternoon.

Any thoughts on the issues above? especially the front end tire wear problem. It has new tires on it and they are wearing out very quickly and I'll be driving the thing maybe 3k+ miles in the next 3 weeks. What other common issues should I look for?

The sunroof is probably locked out due to a failed battery in the alarm module. There is really no way around replacing the module and they are not that expensive.

You did not cite what engine is in your XC90 so I'm not going to comment further.
