Any guidance would be appreciated please!

I have just completed a journey and reverse parked, the sensors kicked in as normal however after the car was parked the beeping continued, even with the ignition off and car locked up.

it now seems to be continuing while the vehicle is being driven, and I’ve also noticed that the media volume is stuck, I turn it all the way down - this stops the noise of the parking sensor but the radio continues.

Has anyone got any tips on how this can be resolved?
