Hi I am in need of help in replacing my drivers seat trim that houses the electric seat adjustment mechanism. I am wondering if there is any video or photos that help ease a newbies nerves. Also it seems that everytime I step out of the vehicle I am hitting the broken piece. Has the seat worn down and even if I replace I will brake again? thoughts or suggestions are much appreciated.

It is actually so easy that you don't need a video. All you will need is a T15 (if I remember correctly), a T25, and something to cut the zip ties.
First you remove the T15 screw on the back of the panel closest to the front of the seat (you can't miss it)
The cut the zip ties that holds the wire harness onto the seat frame and disconnect the connector.
The rear part of the panel needs to be pulled up off other seat frame .
Swap the power seat switch and install in reverse order.
