Spark Plug torque spec

I've seen the post showing the torque on the V8 plugs are 22 ft lbs but what about the 3.2? Mine is a 2007 XC90 3.2

For the 2.5T 5cyl it is also 22 ft-lb (30n-m), perhaps someone could chime in and confirm it's the same for the 6cyl.
