My turn signal has an intermittent short in it. It will blink rapidly sometimes when I turn on the right signal or just not work at all. If it works sometimes, I hold the arm up to make it connect. What is wrong with it? Help

I just had mine replaced at independent Volvo shop for 140.00 dollars. They charged me less for the part than I had found online. I luv this place. Local dealer closed and they have a trained Volvo mechanic and an honest owner. Very clean and professional shop. I tried 2 other Europenan repair shops before I found him.

 

I had the same thing. Intermittent blinking, fast blinking, no blinking. I did the repair in the video and it worked for me. That was a year or two ago. I just noticed it's starting to act up again. But it's so rare I'm not concerned about it yet.
