Turning off DSTC will RSC be disabled too?

Turning off DSTC will RSC be disabled too?
If i turn of my DSTC will my RSC be disabled, and will my car be more proned to rolling over? I use to turn of my S80's DSTC all the time and if i ever went into a skid i'd just get myself out of it myself
