The undercoating plastic is peeling off the bottom of my car. Not sure if it is a replaceable part or part of the gas tank assemply. It lloks like it was possibly glued at one time. Anty ideas?

thats a splash guard - it looks like one or two of the retaining screws have pulled through or have gone missing. simple enough to go under and see if you can refit with a new screen and washers - you may need to drill a new mounting hole to grab onto.
