v8 luxury package vs 18" wheels?

Default v8 luxury package vs 18" wheels?
I am in Canada ...

I just ordered an xc90 v8 with the luxury pkg. I thought the luxury package upgrades me to 18" wheels but the vehicle I ordered (on the lot) only has 17's?

Did I misunderstand?!?!

I did not see "luxury" package - they offer "touring" package....w/ 18" wheels
