Just replaced the rear hubs and brakes on my 2005 Volvo XC90, and now am experiencing a quiet whistling coming from the rear at low speeds. It can mostly be heard while turning and is not a brake noise, any suggestions on what the problem might be and how to fix it?

What was the source for the new parts? I have had issues from cheap sources of parts getting bad parts right out of the box.
