WiFi Menu Item Not Working

WiFi Menu Item Not Working
Hello,
Just picked up a 2016 Momentum for the wife. Only two issues to sort out: the Stop/Start Service Needed and this Wi-Fi thing. (I think the aux battery is dead... Neither of us like that feature anyway so no big loss)
When tapping on the Wi-Fi Connect menu item, it doesn't show another screen to choose a WiFi network. It just spins and nothing happens.
Anyone else experience this?
