Default XC 90 Electrical Faults

Came back from holiday after leaving car in car park for two weeks. The Battery was flat (ish) but managed to start it. However radio, sat nav and phone would not power up.

I got home and undid the battery terminals and put on charge overnight. Reconnected up terminals and car started no probs but still no Radio etc. Took out the fuses to check but they were all ok. However, after I did this the message SRS - Airbag service required.

Took car into my local Volvo Dealer and the dude said it would take 4 hours to search for the problem and that the problems (radio etc and srs airbag) werel linked together.

Antbody suffered from this problem before? the car is still under warranty.

The XC90 is known for electrical problems like this. Thank goodness it's still under warranty. The SRS might simply need reset, but the radio/nav system could need a software download or something.

they usually take their sweet time at the dealer-I hope you getting a loaner while they are fixing yours.

Can you post what the problem was when it is fixed?
