Turned the car on today and when I’m letting off the accelerator there sounds like a back boost or some sort of air being injected then it won’t rev past 3k revs, does anyone know what this could be ?

note: I’ve just recently had the swirl flaps changed because of a broken actuator which also put it in limp mode
