XC90 in Canada with no Massage seats?

XC90 in Canada with no Massage seats?
Hello Everyone
I live in Canada Toronto and i just bought an MY2017 XC90, It was a good deal since dealers are trying to push old cars off the lot.
The car is top of the line T6 inscription but i can't help but notice that massaging seat is not even available for Canada. I asked the dealer if MY2018 is available, and they are not sure as well.
I know that in UK you can massage seats but why Canada is neglected, is it due to some regulations that is preventing massage seats in?
It not a deal breaker for me personally, i am super excited about my new car.
It is just out of curiosity
