Newbie here ,

I have a 62 plate XC90 R Design , I went to fill up this morning after finding somewhere with fuel !
I cannot get the fuel flap open ? So obviously could not fill up.
I assume that it is the actuator & I also assume that access to it is gained through the right hand rear panel in the boot, however I cannot see how to open or remove this panel.
am I missing something simple , any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the small panels near the tail lamp - snake your hand in and pull the lock rod back toward the rear of the car. There a little tab (circled in red) that enables that.
