XC90 Headlight Highbeam Light bulbs

XC90 Headlight Highbeam Light bulbs
We are new owners of an 05' XC90 and are wondering about the "Inside" set of headlights, that do not power to the light..they are a regular halogen bulb, there is power at fuse F22 and F23, which we think are the correct fuses..can somebody give us some insight or assistance?
