Hello! I'm wondering if anyone has information regarding early buyout terms in the most recent XC90 lease agreement.

I am considering leasing an XC90 Recharge in the near future, but I might also be purchasing a house later on. Therefore, I am currently researching how to buy out the lease in a few months' time.

1. Are there any fees for terminating the lease early?
2. Will I need to pay any unearned rent charges, or is it simply the adjusted capitalized cost minus the depreciation?
