We have noticed a problem in just the last month or so, the passenger side seat back seems to 'move forward' under normal braking and then 'clunks back' into place under acceleration. This problem does not affect the seat 'bottom' just the 'seat back'.

We have not noticed this issue on the driver's side seat seat back.

Has anyone else had this problem occur? Are there any service bulletins, etc. that perhaps deal with this issue?

We would love to get this resloved - it is REAL annoying!

Your volvo dealer will have a service bulliten on this issue. The repair involves applying some felt tape in the WHIPS system to prevent the seat rocking back and forth. Your local volvo dealer will be happy to do ths for you.
