Hello - Newbie here - need some recommendations for a trustworthy & genuine repair shop close to my area. I have some steering vibrations around 80mph, the rack groans at full lock & I'm losing power steering fluid. Plus an overall check-up wouldn't be a bad idea either.

there is a shop in Campbell called Swedish Auto Service(or repair i forget), best shop I've known

 

When I lived in San Jose, before I retired to AZ...there was a place right off of 101 (Bayshore) called Volpar I had pretty good luck with them if they are still around
