OH NO!!!
I crashed my 1996 non-turbo 850... about a couple hours ago. Not much damage, destroyed the right front fender and scrathed up the rear bumper. Some how that was all.I was going 28 mph around a sharp turn, and all of a sudden it just shot into the guardrail. Ididnt hit the gas or brake in the turn.Luckily no onw was hurt. I dont know if something failed or what, but dad wont believe me. Could something have failed? My ABS has been on for a long time, but it usually stays on even when we get them worked on. How much would an OEM front fender be? Also what about the rear bumper too?
Thanks

RE: OH NO!!!
There wasnt any gravel on the road. I still cant figure it out. I went into the turn fine, but about a 1/3 into it,it started slide a little bit, but itwas still turning, it didnt feel like nothing to worry about. So I let off the gas any ways, it it just went straight. I saw on one site where they said it was OEM and it was like $405 for a right front fender, then on another one I found a right front fender for only $137. Is OEM that important?

Yeah, gordon368, it is pretty quick for whatI belive to bea stock 850. My 745t with a fullIPD suspension can take a 90 degree right turn at 30+, which isstill pretty fast for a car with a suspension. It sounds like Jackson let off the gas at the wrong time and did some major understeering.

Thats why I was thinking my brakes may have locked-up. Dad still thinks it was fast and the repairs come out of my money, which is only like $200, Im looking for a job though. By the way, what are some of the different body kits for the 850, I heard some guy mention that there were about 2 or 3, but I can only find one. I think its the DTM(?).
