Just wondering if the wheels from a 2005 S40 T5 would be compatible with my 2010 S40 2.4i?

You can use any Volvo rims where that model has the 63.4 center bore and a 50 mm offset. The S40s are 5x108 with 63.4 and 50 mm offset starting with the 2004.5 (Gen 2) models. C30s share that platform and are the same. S60s and others went to the 63.4 center bore in 2010...
